I have a gluten allergy. I have eaten at Fire Crust without a reaction before, however after today I cannot recommend them for people with a gluten allergy or intolerance, never for people with celiac disease.
I ordered two pizzas, 1) Gluten Free- No Cheese, Red Sauce, Garlic, Basil, Oregano, Mushrooms, Onions. 2) Gluten Free- Mozzerella, Ricotta, Grilled Chicken, Onions, Banana Peppers, Garlic, Oregano.

The pizza was delicious, fresh, and ready fast! I was impressed with the young staff. They were enthusiastic, attentive, and hard working. My only regret is that I live 4 hours away in Canada!
