I want to recognize Abdul (West Henrietta rd. site), the manager at Wendy’s, for his outstanding customer service. He gets 10 stars. :) This was our third time going through the drive-thru when Abdul workedthe window, and every time, he has been incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. He always has a smile and makes you feel like he genuinely cares about the customers.

Yummy Baconator!!
The gentleman that packed my food was so kind to run out to my car and hand me a sandwich that was forgotten!! Never had an experience like that and I commend that nice gentleman!
