Pure pepper oil!. It's supposed to be spicy, not melt your face off. Hunan beef, Szechuan chicken and orange chicken should not be inedibly spicy. They also forgot the 3 egg rolls I ordered. (Uber refunded me for that).
The atmosphere was typical for Chinese takeout. The service was also typical for what I'm used to. The lo mein was pretty good but I could tell by the fryer baskets of egg rolls, sitting over the oil for who knows how, that we were not going to be enjoying fresh food. We put the order of crab rangoons in the air fryer as they were both cold and not quite soggy but well on their way. The egg rolls were terrible as predicted, cold with a bad texture. I order shimp lo mein lunch with shrimp fried rice. Didn't get my rice. The lo mein tasted like it was cook in dirty grease. This use to be my favorite place. But after this dish not any more. So disappointed.
