“Took a chance on this place and we were not disappointed.

Great service from the get-go (the community of Rochester are so kind), amazing food, great prices.

We need a place like this in Ontario!

“Always great food, and the atmosphere is great. The prices are a bit high, but worth it. The staff is usually awesome, although some experiences have been worse than others. For the most part, really nice place to go when you want a healthy and tasty meals. Only other gripe with it is that I ordered a naan bread with my bowl online and I didn’t get it 😔“

“Awesome awesome awesome food. Loved the meatball and cheese garlic bread appetizers. Lot of flavor and lot of cheese! Also had chicken parm sandwich and meatball sandwich. Bread was great, not a tough or super thick ciabatta. Also placed a to go order and had no wait upon arrival. Very much looking forward to returning!“

“Although the food was good, I found the establishment lacking in baby/kid-friendly amenities. There was no changing table, so I had to change my one-year-old on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the cashier was less than ideal/accommodating and didn’t explain where to get our drink cups or that we needed to pick up our bakery item ourselves. We had to return to ask these questions multiple times, which was quite frustrating

“After a tip from friends, we checked out Merchants Wood Fired Pizza & Bistro. It's in an out of the way location, but is so worth your trip. Nestled in a city neighborhood, this place is delicious with a super cute patio. Food gave off an "Old School Italian American" vibe in the best possible way. We enjoyed flavorful housemade meatballs in a great sauce. Burrata was tasty with the most delicious charred tomatoes (we omitted the prosciutto at one diner's preference). The salads were just the right size if you wanted to have those and split a pizza, which two of us did. The Funghi Pizza was tasty and had just the right amount of truffle (some places go overboard). This was a super hit -- very crave-able! For our pickier diner, the Spicy Cup Pepperoni Pizza was the perfect option. Both pizzas had a nice crust, baked nicely, and a perfect amount of cheese. Service was friendly and attentive. Everyone greatly enjoyed the meal. We'll definitely return.“

“We are from Michigan & have not found one local chain pizza place that actually has 'flavor'! My son & I visited here last week & were so surprised at how good the pizza slices tasted! Tasted like high quality ingredients with lots of flavor! Reasonable prices. The young girl at the counter was so sweet & accommodating, while the young man who was the manager cooked the pizza to perfection! Both were very professional & welcoming. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.“

“We came from out of state and WOW! My husband and I agree this was the best sub we’ve never had. Huge portion sizes, delicious homemade bread, and a unique environment. Next time I’d order light oil to make it less messy to eat. But everything was so delicious!“

“Outstanding customer service at this location. Mgrs Chad and Tom helped meet my needs in an emergency when friends were displaced by fire and sent to a nearby hotel. They did everything needed to accommodate on short notice and help me get a meal of subs to the displaced family of 6. Chad even included a personal note wishing them well in getting through this difficult time. We were all super impressed and the family in need felt cared for. They thought the subs were delicious as well. Thank you!!!“

“Nathans gave my baby a bowl of soup during the saddest day of her life first day of chemo. She came home all lit up that she had a bowl of soup and it made her so happy during the storm of a hardship. Wow I hope that God blesses this business ten fold and you have a new patron for life, me! there's never food at the Cancer Center just a snack cart and for people to sit around hungry all day is really sad I know I was one. I made her pack some snacks and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich because I was afraid she was going to be hungry all day at the hospital. God bless you really for thinking of those suffering and hungry. I cannot put into words how this makes me feel. thank you from the bottom of my heart.“

“I had a review show up on my page a while ago. I followed up by following their page on FB. Today I couldn't put it off any longer "A LARGE CHEESE PIZZA FOR $12.00" are you kidding me. typically I like to add some toppings when ordering a pizza but I wanted to see what the bare bones have to say and by the way when they say large they mean it. It reminded me of the way it used to be instead of the large size other shops typically offer today which don't come close. I went to pick it up and when I entered the shop it immediately presented a very nice "Vibe". There were several pizzas ready with a variety of toppings for purchase by the slice. The room smelled amazing. The environment is welcoming and clean. I spoke with the woman at the counter who may have been the owner and I meant to ask but was engaged with other questions since it was my first visit. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was so flavorful I truly did not miss having other toppings added, although I am anxious to try them with my next order. As a result, I ate more than I should have and had to force myself to stop. Still we all know how nice it is to have some leftover for later. If you have not tried them yet, don't hesitate. I also notice so many other great items on their menu. Oh well so much for my weight goals.“

“A "neighborhood bar and grill" with much better food, drinks, and service. I've been there over a hundred times and love the consistency in the experience. The dining room is separate from the bar area if you want a quieter environment, but there are also tables in the bar area and outside. It's also great for take-out - the online ordering is a little flaky (hint: check out as guest and don't try to make an account) but you can always call your order in as well.

“Not much to rave or rant about, finally had a few hours alone with the wife so he grabbed some lunch at Olive garden kept it simple soup salad bread sticks service was great waitress was awesome We were set immediately food came out quick soup was pretty fresh salad not so much breadsticks was good so the only problem was the salad wasn't that good didn't seem fresh did everything else was great no complaints.“

“Great subs and other food. Consistently good. It is very difficult to figure out and navigate the online menu; each time they attempt to improve it, it gets worse. It used to be easy when they pictured each topping that you could click and pick. Recommended. We would order more often if online ordering/sub building were easier and more logical.

“I had one of the best subs ever today. The new Italian sausage with onions and peppers. Not only was the sub the best but the bread and ingredients were spot on. “Join the BreadClub for occasional discounts and offers.These subs are very similar to Wegmans subs (DiBellas actually shared their process with Wegmans I believe). The bread is among the better for sub shops (not too hard on the outside, but not completely soft either). The ingredients (meats and toppings) are very good quality. It is a little more pricey, but it is worth it.“

“I ordered three subs from DiBellas on East Ridge Road after work Saturday the 20th of Nov. around 3:30pm. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who made my sub's I would have let her no. Great Job Young Lady, thats what keep customers coming back.. she was very nice, thank you for being so understanding I was tired and all the staff who help including cashier was great, I ordered the meatball,, turkey, and steak, subs, they were delicious and service was great ?? quick and the atmosphere was very nice I will be returning.
