“I was visiting Rochester and this pizzeria was across the street from the hotel. Decided to give it a shot. Upon entering, it felt homely. They had an interesting setup and the gentleman at the counter would read out orders via a PA system basically. It was different from other restaurants I've been to. He also greeted all the regulars by name and would ask them "The usual?" It showed great customer service. The food was also very tasty. Would definitely visit again if I ever come back to the area.“

“I love this cute spot in the Winton area. My friend was running late so I went to the bar and had a great. The bartender was great. She asked if I wanted their special, I can't recall the name of the drink, but it was grapefruit base margarita. It was delicious. My friend got there we sat in their outdoor area. It is a cute setup and a nice evening sitting outside. The waitress ( I didn't catch her name, but I want to assume that she is new at being a server ??) told us the specials and I asked if their chicken Tuscan pasta dish was the same dish that was posted on their FB page yesterday and she said she didn't know because she didn't work that day. I asked for a straw and never received it. She didn't refill our waters when needed, and the biggest thing was when she brought our check with our cards, she was trying to multi-task with having a tray of drinks and trying to put the booklet onto our table, she ending tossing it to our table. I have never gone to a restaurant where they toss anything onto my table. I do hope she was new at being a server and it that never happens again. (The food we ordered was delicious. We had the spring pea and asparagus Risotto, creamy and absolutely tasty. We also ordered the Fungi pizza, if you love mushrooms, this is the pizza you will love. Crust was crispy, and the combination of the ingredients was great!)“
“AMAZING! This the word I can use to describe our experience at this restaurant. We were told about it by our Pastor, and wow was he right. We had a WONDERFUL server- Ms. Chris who was just knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and questions. Thank you Ms. ChrisThe gentleman(whom I think is the owner) at the front when we walked in was very nice and inviting. He made sure we were seated in a timely manner, and he was in the business of taking care of the customer. In addition, he check on us at our table more than once during our time. He did this throughout the entire restaurant. I really appreciated the time he took to see how we were doing (for that alone I would come back.)The food was just DELICIOUS. I had the egg white omelet, hash brown, wheat toast and a peanut butter pancake. It was all SO GOOD. My husband and daughter enjoyed their food as well. This was a friendly neighborhood restaurant, and it was packed....the people just kept coming. I can see why..... the FOOD & SERVICE. “Had been there a few times in the past. However this time was for Pi day. The staff was well prepared for the rush and had a nice flow going. The only issue was their registers froze. However we're able to get them up and running within 10 mins. Not something they could control. Pizza is amazing. So many options, sauce, cheeses and toppings. As well as topping sauces. Good fountain drink options and others for kiddos.Vegetarian options: They offer vegan cheese options as well as crust too (cauliflower esp)Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free crust options, as well as the above mentioned.Wheelchair accessibility: The doorway can be tight if a lot of people but a wheelchair should be able to move with some ease.“

“Excellent service. Came in Tuesday night about 30 minutes before closing and was treated kindly and attentively by staff. Came in last minute in bad spirits trying to give myself a decent birthday dinner and the kindness and friendliness of the staff really made my night that much better. Delilah went out her way to make sure I had my little cake after I told her last minute it was my birthday. The staff here really gave me a great ending to an overall bad day thank you so much“
“I have lived in Rochester my whole life and they have the best garbage plates!! My nephew tried the chicken Caesar wrap and said it was amazing. My son tried a Gyro for the first time and loved it so much he now wants to try what else they have. Service is amazing! They put time and care into cooking and presentation.“

Asked an employee and they told me it was in the salad underneath everything..really? 2 salads. Not a spec of guacamole. Not on either salad. It's underneath, you just can't see it LOL. That's because it isn't in there..and I DOUBLE CHECKED. A good thing I did, right.....I call the manager who tells me there's guacamole on them..she remembers...whatever. DONE going here. “My wife and I have been enjoying JJ's for about 5 years now. Every time one of us is in the area we coordinate a pick up. The garbage plate is a Rochester area culinary monster that has found its way into hearts and homes all over. Jose Joe's twist is the garbage plate burrito and it's amazing - deep fried in a tortilla. You have to try this place, its incredible. Also portions are large - which is one of my favorite aspects of any meal.“

“My friend and I ordered online for pick up at Pi Craft. The online ordering was pretty straight forward. We both customized our pizzas. I ordered standard crust with red sauce, all the cheeses, mushrooms, artichokes, spinach and two tomatoes topped with arugula and balsamic glaze. It was pretty good and fed me for two meals! My friend also ordered the balsamic glaze on top, but they forgot it on hers unfortunately. She got her pizza on a cauliflower crust since she is gluten free. Ultimately, I would come back!“
