Visited on a Tuesday night, quiet but the place is really comfortable, as in it doesn’t need to be full for you to feel at home. Had a beef burger, medium rare, was a solid 5 out of 5. Bun was, Pattie was cooked as I requested. The you have Zach, great guy, makes you feel at home. Highly recommend this place.

Great country pub. Zack is a very personable owner. Have eaten there twice and have had great dinners both times.
Zack’s food is no-nonsense and delicious! Everything we tried, from the burgers and salads to the chicken wings, was superb. Zack truly cares about service and is always warm and friendly — a pleasure to chat with. My husband and I made it a priority to have our dinners there every night of our stay:)
The food was absolutely delicious. You must try the baby back ribs and chicken wings! The ribs are to die for. They also have great salads, burgers and chili. The owner Zack was very friendly and kind. He even gave my kids free cookies!

Great fried seafood items on special for dinner one night we stopped by a few weeks back, and nice local craft beers on tap. This is a strategic site as many hikers often frequent Hensonville or Tannersville/Hunter after Catskills hikes, and next time we'll try a burger or steak perhaps.

My husband and I were up in the area for a skiing trip and decided to try Zack’s Place after a long day skiing.Well to say the least we were not disappointed. The owner, Zack, greeted us upon entering and we felt right at home. My husband had the ribs and I had the grilled chicken. Both were excellent but the ribs were outstanding. I wish it was closer to our home in Connecticut as I would be a frequent customer. We look forward to our next trip up here in the beautiful Catskills.
