“We were there on the coldest Saturday night of the year. Negative 10 or more outside. Very impressed by the staff working with such temperatures. I’m sure when they designed the space they did not plan for such extreme weather that never occurs in our area but just in case they think about improving on that, a small entranceway in front or back is probably helpful but also unnecessary as this happens so rarely. Either way the point is high praise for the staff who kept their calm during this freeze. Pizza is great. No pasta available and that could be a theme for them Saturday nights.“

“Visited this pizza shop on my way to the airport and it was such a lovely experience. The pizza was great, and the owner is so friendly! He offered my partner and I a sample slice so we could try the food first. We got the lunch specials which were only $6 for two slices and a soda. Wonderful hospitality, and there's a lot of regulars here too. It is cash only so make sure you have some on hand.“

“Ordered for the first time last night, they were super accommodating since we called at 8:45 and they close at 9:00…. They made us 5 pies and I’m was so appreciative. They were so nice and even recommended one which I absolutely loved (with potatoes!) we can’t wait to go back but to eat there so we get the Pizza Hut out of the oven! I was a little bit skeptical about spending $20 for a slice of pizza but it was worth it. From the pizza crust to the sandwich bread to the shrimp and lobsters and the oxtail all the ingredients taste fresh. looked it, too The server was very nice. I had been sitting, waiting for my order and he held the package out to me waiting until I came over. I like that he didn’t put it down on the counter and walk away which I thought was very nice. I ordered the Napoli Special with peppers, onions, sausage, pepperoni, and meatballs—absolutely delicious! Perfectly crispy thin crust with just the right amount of toppings. Easily the best pizza I’ve had in a long time.

“I had a late start to dinner, i saw this place was open until 11. I got there at 10:30 and they were cleaning up, so I grabbed a few slices to go... And for pizza at 10:30 before they are closing... Honestly one of the BEST slices!!! Some places have bland taste, but Amore had one of the tastiest sauces and cheese, crispy crust. Just an all around A+. I'll definitely be coming back for this delicious pizza! Thank you“

“My wife and I have ordered from Previti for several years now thru Door Dash. the food has always been excellent. The other day I had a call from Previti. It was the owner, Joe. He told me that my mother had wandered in after having her car bumper come completely loose on Marcus Ave. She had no phone, and was shaken up by the whole ordeal. Joe called me for her, and gave her a cup of hot tea. I went over, picked her up and got her home. Later my wife and I returned to pick up her car. We decided to eat dinner there and take advantage of the pasta night specials. The lasagna and the rigatoni with meat sauce were both excellent. “Really solid pizza joint. Sweet yet tangy tomato sauce with cheese that isn’t greasy and a great crust. Nothing more I could ask for. A great deal if you’re just looking for a quick bite on the go. Just be warned parking around the area can be difficult. But I will happily double park and run in just to get a slice.“

“Gino's Pizzeria of Lynbrook is fantastic.
I had been going there since I was a young kid. The guys there are the best and treat all their regulars like family.
Back in 2015 I had to move abroad for work and when I returned back to the States I had to setttle in the Midwest.
After almost 10 years of not being able to visit Gino's one could say I missed it a lot.
Ass soon as I got back to NY on a family visit I made sure to stop there.
They remembered me the second I walked in and that speaks to the great level of how they treat their customers.
I can't say enough good things about them.
My absolute favorite place.
Their pizza is the best. Recommend their Cesar salad Pie as most places just don't get it right but Gino's Lynbrook gets it spot on.
Very traditional NY pizzeria from the atmosphere to the service not to mention their delicious menu options.

“I love their pizzas. They have a brick oven that they make their pizzas in and it really brings out the authenticity of the pizza. Their pizzas are sized just for you to eat. You have a choice of ordering a bigger/“regular” sized pizza that you’d often see at other pizza places but their pizza size makes it so easy for you to just eat that by yourself and go. One recommendation for when you go is definitely the bbq chicken pizza! I love the bbq chicken pizza. I get it all the time but it may be a little too sweet for some as said by others that have tried the pizza but i dont think you can go wrong with bbq chicken pizza even if you do find it a bit sweet.“

“Places like Dani’s are hard to find nowadays. We recently visited after moving out of the area several years ago and our memory matched reality perfectly. The perfectly crisp crust, the sweet sauce, the gooey cheese. We arrived at opening time and got seats at the counter, where the pizzaiollo kept the slices coming (my boys ate 4 each). We ate both regular slices and pesto slices and the adults polished them off with bottled craft beer from Dani’s massive selection. A must-visit in Kew Gardens!“
