Does anyone work here? Do they know how to use a phone?
This place is literally the worst. You make an order for delivery. They keep delaying the time from when the order was originally placed and you’ll see the time keep changing. Takes about 2 hours to get a delivery from them. When you call the store for an update. They literally answer and hang up on you. This is horrible customer service and it sucks that this location is our local store
Terrible service at this location. I recently made an order for pick up for 3 pies and 2 pepperoni cheesy breads. When arriving to the store it said my order was ready on the pick up screen, when I asked the store associate the order for it, he said it'll take a minute, they didnt even have the order ready for the oven and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes, AFTER IT SAID IT WAS READY. The store's phone was also ringing for about 10 minutes, one of the store associates picked up...read full review
