If I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would. I was just there-today with my nephew for a birthday lunch for him. The restaurant is very cool and the staff are very friendly. We ordered the shrimp with potatoes and corn. The presentation was amazing and we dived right in. The shrimp were perfectly cooked as were the corn and potatoes. The garlic butter tied it all together. We can’t wait to go back and have it again and we are also looking forward to having trying...
We had a great experience at Hook & Reel in Hicksville! Eien was an outstanding waiter—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He checked on us regularly, had a great attitude, and provided excellent customer service. He really made our dining experience enjoyable. Thank you, Eien, for the wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back!
We have been coming to Hook & Reel many times. Every time Eien has been a great waiter. He's attentive, nice and friendly, especially to kids. There's so many customers and he always has a smile on his face when he greets you. I will definitely come back and have Eien as my server each and every time.
