The customer service was warm and welcoming, and the space itself was very clean and spacious, which made the experience even better. They also have a cute outdoor seating area that would be perfect for enjoying a meal during the summertime. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!”

“If you live in the ronkonama/Holbrook area this is the best Chinese food! Super flavorful without being overly salty. Everything was amazing ! Wonton soup, the brown rice is a sleeper great rice, chicken lo mein, egg rolls, and dumplings i ordered were all perfect”

The pricing was reasonable too, considering I ordered their 2 luchi platters and philly wraps. The luchi was deliciously crispy and the wrap was so filled with meat and greens, absolutely amazing! I couldn’t even finish it, the portions were so big. This might be my new fav takeout spot, I’ll be coming here often.”

“As a musician who has played so many bars all over NY state I must say the environment at Tailgsters is so incredibly special. First, they treat the bands with love and respect. It should be the norm but sadly it’s not always the case. They go above and beyond. From the ownership to every single enologee that works there, it’s impossible not to absolutely love every person associated with this bar. The crowd is great and super friendly and safe and I genuinely look forward to playing there again. They treat their customers, staff; and performers like family. Really like family. I am so grateful that we’ve played there twice and I’m already looking to playing there again. Michelle behind the bar is a genuinely great person and makes awesome drinks, but every single person there is so approachable and engaging. I can recommend Tailgsters as a genuinely fun environment that treats everyone like family. I look forward to just visiting when I’m not playing. Impressed is a huge understatement. Thank you so much for treating our band the way you did. Truly an Awsome night and the staff and crowd at Tailgatets made our night extra special. Thank you for being genuine and amazing people. I’ve been here multiple times and not once has this place had a single napkin on the floor. Most people on here complain about the prices but are the same people who love 10-15 toppings in their cup at once lol be serious.”

“A great spot, especially for groups. The location is convenient, and we’ve never had an issue getting a table, even with a large party (though I’d still recommend making a reservation just to be safe).

The hibachi chefs are fantastic. Friendly, engaging, and they really make the experience fun for everyone at the table.

Unfortunately, our experience with our server fell short. She was noticeably rude, rolled her eyes when we asked for simple things like drinks or extra cups, and overall seemed annoyed by basic requests. My father even gave her an additional $20 tip separately, and she didn’t acknowledge it at all. Not even a thank you, which was disappointing...

I’d absolutely come back for the food, atmosphere, and chefs, but I hope management addresses the service side so it matches the rest of the experience.”
