Amazing customer service!!!! the owner is so attractive and I love the Açaí bowl from here are the best 👏🥰🥰

It is hard to make frozen yogurt unlikable, yet this place made it. The store is always messy and dirty while at least 1/3 of the machines are out of order. The frozen yogurt itself was soft and melt right the way, meanwhile it tastes fake.

The place is always dirty and a mess. The workers never want to work and rush you through your order. One worker rang me up and made me have to ask for a bag, then I proceeded to bag myself because she wanted to sit down and talk to her friends. The workers are all rude and none of them want to work hard. Oh and they never give you the right change.

Always great froyo options and the staff is very nice

The one is Medford is way better don’t even go here….

Hands down best froyo around, I love this place and always come whenever I crave good quality froyo. The guy upfront is always friendly and I appreciate the fact that this place is ALWAYS clean. I’ve been here multiple times and not once has this place had a single napkin on the floor. Most people on here complain about the prices but are the same people who love 10-15 toppings in their cup at once lol be serious.

Walked in and saw the acai bowls and they were pretty good ! Brianna helped us and she was full of great energy. Would def come again when I’m in the area !

I stopped here on my lunch break at work bc I’ve passed it a few times. Was pretty filthy inside. There was a very sweet woman with 2 kids and they were waiting for their order. She had to be somewhere. The guy working there was extremely slow moving and seemed to have terrible customer service judgement. He stopped working on their order to ask what toppings i wanted on my frozen yogurt (you don’t put them on yourself like at most froyo places) I was like “finish helping them, I’m not in a rush”. He then still proceeded to be doing random other tasks while doing their order, so we all wound up waiting a pretty long time. The consistency of the fro-yo was weird, not very creamy, sort of melty and watered down. Will not be returning.

Everything is great with this place. There are a lot of broken machines. But other than that, employees are cheerful and welcoming and the froyo is very good

I wanted to like this place! Really did but Unfortunately there were many issues. Place is filthy. Floors are dirty, seats are dirty and the counter top was also dirty.

It is a food establishment and I can't believe how dirty it was.

To make it worse.. The yogurt came out of the machines melted. Theu charge you for the toppings but you can't server yourself. They have it blocked with plexiglass.
This place can easily fix all of these issue but im not sure the owner cares

Love they're place. However there non dairy machine is always broken. My son loves their pomegranate. And they can't have anything else and every time we go when it's always broken. I wish I could text this problem.

Kid-friendliness: Mostly a take out place but does have a few tables. Lots of choices of toppings for kids.
