“Reliable go to for us. Reasonable prices, good food, service usually excellent.Nobody's perfect, our last visit, mushroom stew was the special & that was my reason for going. However, there was no mushroom stew that night. So, they gave me Chicken parm for the special price. Can't complain about that.“

We sampled many appetizers including the oysters (MUST GET, trust me), calamari, antipasto, Italian greens, fried provolone bruschetta. The only time our table stopped chatting lol is because the appetizers were that good.Our dinners came properly after our apps. My party ordered off the main menu and the special menu entrees. “O'Scugnizzo's offers a pizza like no other. The pizza sauce is on top of the pizza and with cheese and other toppings underneath. Some call it upside down pizza, it should just be called "Great!" There is a reason this place has been open for over 100 years and is the second oldest pizzeria in the US.The chicken riggies are also another unique Utica regional food which is a must try. Restaurant service was very good and staff was friendly. Make sure to see the photos of the original owner of the restaurant from 1914. This place a must stop if you are visiting Utica.Parking: The restaurant has it's parking lot and it looks like you can park for free on the streets near it.“

“We had a Christmas party catered by Big J's. The full trays of food were "FULL," hot and delicious. It was delivered on time and the staff were friendly on ordering and delivery. Great experience all around. We will definitely use them again.“
