These guys are very nice and clean I love when they make your sandwich they change gloves and has a mask on and they barely talk. Witch means no spit in my food......10 stars all the way for this location..
One of the highlights of my trip to NY. The food was great but the service was outstanding. The servers were quirky and funny and had a good sense of humor that made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. The timing was perfect and although there was no background music, it didnt feel too quiet. Food was pricey yes but it is such a memorable experience.
The queue times are not very long but service is very SLOW. You can wait up to 10 minutes for one chicken sandwich. Sometimes the service can be fast and others slow. I've seen multiple complaints from customers about this, almost too many times. This makes me conclude that the staff is inconsistent and lacks training to be on par with the better end of the cohort. However, the staff is always working hard and making sure they are on task; they don't waste their time.
