Had a 10 hour layover so stopped off here for a late breakfast. I’m glad we did - we only had $20 between us but we split a breakfast meal and a couple of extra papusas. The food was delicious, tasted fresh and filling. I was especially impressed by how well you could eat as a vegetarian here.We both left feeling satisfied despite only sharing a plate. One of the reviews on here said to eat here instead of eating at the airport if you're flying through JFK. So we did that. Best decision. Cute little hole in the wall spot with 3 tables, delicious food, great service.Food portions are large, so 2 people may even be able to share 1. And the papusa we got was delicious (I've also never had one before).

For reference I visited this place last November (2022).This place was DELICIOUS! Their pupusas were to die for. I came in on a whim, and I was NOT disappointed. Everything was fairly priced, and the man at the register was very sweet. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that it was CASH ONLY. So make sure you have some in case they haven't been able to update yet.Vegetarian options: They have multiple pupusa options including: cheese, and beans w cheese.
