“I’m a regular customer at this location for the past 14 years. I’m deaf and physically challenged, so communication can be problematic when ordering food on the go. KFC ( this particular one located in Fishkill ) has always tried to make communication a breeze. The girls usually write on a piece of paper to ask me questions, such as: “ Do you need anything else ?” and “ The price is $7.35.”I also use my iPhone to type out my order so they can better understand me if they are having trouble comprehending what I’m trying to say.The employees always greet me with a smile when I pull up at the window and always politeiy wish me a great day when I’m leaving.As for the food: I will say there are times the chickens are juicy and delicious and other times they can be dry and not so enjoyable. However, this is not a problem solely related to this particular KFC restaurant; I’ve experienced the same issue with every other fast food place. If you are worried about dry chicken ( old chicken ) your best bet is to go at a time when the chicken are freshly made. I would say in the mornings and around 1pm in the afternoon.Lastly, this particular KFC restaurant is exceptionally clean and has plenty of parking spaces.“

“The food here was alright. I liked the chicken and loved the fries here. Recently, the fries taste a little different. I don't know if the way they make them has changed or what happened, but I don't really like them anymore. The chicken still tastes the same, though. The chicken always comes hot and crispy whenever I get it. I also love the chicken sandwich here. It is delicious. I would recommend eating here.“

“I don't go here but the service is bussin and the bathroom is always so clean. I love you go here, get a diet coke, 2 family fill ups, and destroy their bathroom with my massive bowel movements. But man that food bussin G HMMMMM YEAH ?“
