“I have never heard of this place . It’s Good Friday and I have been in the mood for fried chicken however didn’t want to spend so much at Popeyes or chicken supreme . Was in the area so I google I am so happy I went with this choice . For $15 easy on the wallet and it’s in a great spot however if your driving to fast you will miss the turn . I ordered bbq wings and 3 piece meal well as you can see the end result 10 out of 10 grabbed menus for the family will not be ordering anywhere else but here . All you need is $10 literally !!!!!“

Great price, great care for packaging and fantastic hot chicken.I believe this used to be a Korean fried chicken place that rebranded. This is a good thing. I phoned in my order as with most places that fry on the spot; they need 20 minutes.Got the Jerry's hot chicken A1($9.99), and W1(Originally 3 piece but this changed to 6 piece wings, also $9.99). I see why the number of wings changed, it was originally 3 whole wings but has changed to 6 wings that are drum and flats. Both came with fries, they seem handcut but not really crispy. Still pretty good.Reading over the reviews I went with extra hot on both orders, it's got a good kick but not unbearable. I would say if you order two things, get it done hot one way and extra hot the other. The sandwich was as expected, fantastic with the jerry's sauce and massive. The wings have a nice texture and would seem to be a bit on the saltier side. I'm ok with that but I think the order would be perfect if they gave a side of the jerry's sauce to dunk the wings with.Parking is across the street and there is no place to eat there, it's pretty much a takeout only spot. Final verdict, this place is solid, give this mom and pop spot a try!“

“My 1st time having Korean fried chicken. Been wanting to have it for a long time. Came across this gem and I'm a fan.Chicken is fried fresh to order so please be patient. I ordered the 5pc Golden original just so I can taste the overall flavor. Nicely fried to a crispy and juicy texture. The guy at the register Kim bought me over a side of their Secret Sauce to try it. Not too sweet or spicy but it's sticky. The 1st time having pickled daikon also. Very refreshing and a palate cleanser. Love it“

“My sister and her boyfriend introduce me to this fast food restaurant and I have to say I love it ! Though they don’t have many options other than burgers or tenders I think you get what the name of the restaurant provides lol. They do have some sides such as Mac and cheese, coleslaw, seasoned fries/cheese fries, pickles and milkshakes. I tried the Mac and cheese and honestly it lacked that cheesiness you look forward to when eating mac & cheese but aside from that the food is delicious. I usually get the medium level of spice and the one slider (comes with pickles, coleslaw, and signature sauce however you can ask to subtract or put things on the side) seasoned fries and drink meal which is always perfect as the chicken is pretty big. In my opinion medium it’s not very hot so if you have a good tolerance to spicy food I would try maybe a level above that which is “hot”. I’m super excited that they are opening one in my town because I will definitely be coming back ! Definitely recommend.“

“We moved from Fort Lee to Carlstadt area a year ago and struggled to find good Korean Fried Chicken nearby. Tried this today and it’s delicious! Family owned and very authentic to me. It came with a large serving of Coleslaw for my 20 pcs wing order. Crispy and saucy but doesn’t feel greasy. We will definitely be coming back whenever we want KFC!“

“I was working in Montclair, and I asked someone who worked at the building I was at if there were any good lunch spots around. Roosters was highly recommended. “One of my go-to places for chicken in Palisades Park. Food is delicious, we always get the Onion Chicken, which is perfect to share with 2-3 people and supplement with something else like bu dae jigae. We went with a group of 4 and had to wait about 15 minutes around 6:30pm to get a table, but it went by quick. Staff was friendly and place is clean and fun decor. Like everywhere in Palisades park, street paid parking is limited but there is free parking in the neighborhood streets if you want to walk further. One of my favorite places to eat at in Palisades Park, can't wait to come back!“

The secret are the dipping sauces. Don't go without. This location was helmed by a hard working crew that worked fast and paid attention to detail. “This is one of the eateries I visit when in town. Although I don’t live in Paterson anymore Paterson hands down has some of the best food. The food here is always worth it, I always have leftovers.Pros: Reasonable pricing, large portion sizes and the food is consistently delicious.Cons: Parking is crappy, it’s meter parking and all the parking spots are always taken.Parking: Don’t double park it’s dangerous because cars like to fly down the street and officers are out to give tickets.“

“I have been buying chicken pound and always spend over $100 on my orders but they do not care about its customers the last several orders has had damaged leaking packages or delays on delivery because they ship it UPS ground which can take 3-5 working days. The last order took 7 days before it was delivered and several packages were defrosted, warm, and possibly spoiled.I placed an order on 01/09/2024 in the morning and did not ship until the night of 01/16/2024 and is not expected to be delivered until 01/22/2024 and chicken pound is trying to fix the problems and issues with shipping. So we will see. I changed my prior review because I do enjoy the flavors ( cilantro-lime, BBQ, teriyaki, jerk, and balsamic) and the convenience of chicken pound.“

“Tucked away in a plaza, this spot is unassuming from the outside..but you wait! That food is amazing! I had the jerk bbq chicken and I'm still drooling. Cabbage was excellent, rice and peas perfectly cooked, and I also got a beef Patty which I crushed in seconds.I will definitely be back!! Crazy enough Alex used to deliver to my home when i was a young kid! years later Alex, new owner, took over in 2017, he brought upon a different spice to each meal he serves.
