Pizza Hut has friendly and knowledgeable service at times, though some employees are not friendly. The pizza used to have a nice amount of sauce, but now there is a thin film of sauce. The sauce for the bread sticks is a little small. The bread sticks and chicken pieces are good, and so is the sauce. The place is decorated to look nice, and there is a salad bar. Some orders were undercooked with minimal topping and given 10 minutes ahead of time. One server was super rude. However, an update says everything was excellent. A long time fan is happy the Hornell Pizza Hut opened. The Classic Original Pepperoni Pan Pizza with shaker cheese is a favorite. A large Pan Pizza with pepperoni and bread sticks were ordered. The bread sticks were good, but the pizza did not have enough cheese. Another person is happy the Hornell franchise is back and has been satisfied with every to go order.
