Overall love the store but whomever is working self checkout today 6/9/23 at 10:50am could use some customer service training. As I was entering my shoppers club phone number she instructed me to hit cancel. This voided the shopper club from my order. I did not ask or need help so not sure why she felt she needed to instruct me. She seems like she wants to be anywhere but there. TJ at the deli was very helpful as I picked his brain about different meats to add to my Charcuterie Board for a Memorial Day BBQ! It turned out absolutely amazing!! And the cashier, Heather, recommended sharing it to your page when I finished- so here they are!! Thank you!!!
I ordered my daughter's cake and it was amazing. Not only did it look perfect but it tasted amazing. Cake was ready when arrived at pick up time. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Now for the designs, the glow in the dark theme, bright colors or neon themes selections are very limited to none. Unfortunately! But the gentlemen did help us pick out an alternative design and we were very pleased! I just wish more options were available for those themes! Only had 1 choice for sweet...read full review
