Overall love the store but whomever is working self checkout today 6/9/23 at 10:50am could use some customer service training. As I was entering my shoppers club phone number she instructed me to hit cancel. This voided the shopper club from my order. I did not ask or need help so not sure why she felt she needed to instruct me. She seems like she wants to be anywhere but there. TJ at the deli was very helpful as I picked his brain about different meats to add to my Charcuterie Board for a Memorial Day BBQ! It turned out absolutely amazing!! And the cashier, Heather, recommended sharing it to your page when I finished- so here they are!! Thank you!!!
I am SO disappointed in the Hornell Wegmans bakery! I picked up the cake for my daughter's 11th birthday today, which was supposed to be bright yellow sunflowers with pretty green writing! Instead, we got orange flowers with poop looking brown centers & the ugliest green I've ever seen on a cake! 😡
When I told the bakery it was hideous, all they could say is that they used all natural colors...no mention of trying to make it right or offer of a discount! It's too late...read full review
