Will no longer be coming in 2x as a week as regular customers. It’s disrespectful when the associate speaks to you like you’re dumb as soon as you walk in instead of asking how you’re doing. Then makes you dump your sundae into a larger cup so all of your toppings are upside down because the cups are not in order and they will not honor the price of a medium if it’s in a small cup. Our experience was awful from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. Not a single table, chair or booth clean in the place. The store smelled strongly of chemicals and poop. I got the sugar free vanilla and usually get this flavor every time we are here. This time it tasted like spoiled milk.
