“Definitely one of the best breakfast places in Horseheads. I have been looking for a good place to eat in the area and I am glad this place exist. The ambiance is perfect and the staff is really nice. Food tasted delicious and fresh, there is a wide array of tasty coffee and drinks. Another thing I love about this place is the way they wipe down the place instead of spraying harsh smelly cleaners. I find it rare to eat out lately without worrying about cleaner getting on my food or breathing it in or getting it in my food. I will definitely be coming here again!“

I feel bad for these girls having to deal with teens that pose as customers and have no adult supervision, they play pranks on the two girls behind the counter by deliberately dropping their ice cream and toppings on the floor after the girls swept and clean because it was close to closing time. These rowdy boys where taking videos of their pranks and laughing all the way. Poor girls had to clean up again.

“The first restaurant I ever ate at that I left hungry. My friends and I go on my days off. I had not eaten all day. It is the only place that I can get liver and onions. The cook always does an amazing job. Just right, not tough. I'll recommend you every time for quality. I politely asked my server if I could order extra meat. I said I would GLADLY pay more if I could be accommodated. I was flatly told that she didn't see how that was possible, she couldn't see how she could bill for it. I was offered an extra salad if I was that hungry. My request was not forwarded to her supervisor or owner. This was on a Friday night and the place smelled amazing! I was there for the meat and my stomach was rumbling. I wasn't even offered the option to purchase two meals! I payed my bill, four adults and deserts. It was over $121.00. I left angry with myself that I barely tipped 10%. I am a generous tipper. Usually over 20%. Really! You let me leave there still hungry?“

And their cones are massive !!!
They have a couple of pops for smaller kids and albeit expensive they are very tasty.
I recommend trying the vanilla cone with cherry dip because that’s what most people were ordering.
Since it was our first time here I had their green apple and caramel cone.
Very unique taste in soft cones.“

“There was quite a line when we walked in and the manager, Amanda, always had a smile on her face the entire time. She greeted each customer with a cheerful welcome and treated each person with kindness and respect. She also walked around and asked everyone if everything was good. Amanda is a fantastic manager at the Horseheads, NY Dairy Queen!
