Never going back. Lady at the counter is the worst. Barely gives any food and then gets upset when asked for more. Horrible service attitude.
Used to be a great place, i don’t know what happened. The employees, especially the manager and another woman were very rude and they do not respect their customers. The Wednesday afternoon manager was obnoxious. Corporate should see how they’re treating their customers. I did an online order of a kids meal and the hot sauce spilled all at the bottom of the bag and the employee gave an attitude when I asked for replacement hot sauce and they also forgot my chips. Truly worst chipotle ive ever been to. It’s consistently dirty in there and looks like they had some sort of bathroom leak today & the water on the floor was wrapping around to where the to-go station was. Workers were trying to “sweep” the water back into the hallway. Absolutely disgusting. Meanwhile it was beyond busy and they had one employee working the line, who wouldn’t stop talking to everyone else BUT the customer he was supposed to be servicing....read full review
