Very disappointing experience. I ordered in-store and paid by cash, but my order was missing a side of mashed potatoes. I called the restaurant multiple times, and no one answered. Later, the phone line was constantly busy. I live too far away to drive back for one missing item, so I ended up paying for food I never received. Poor order accuracy and even worse customer service. I won’t be coming back.
Very slow. When there's more than a few people in front of me in line, I walk out.
Bad experience!!!
Spicy chicken = spicy
Regular chicken = regular
Regular doesn’t mean “spicy”.
I ordered 3 regular chicken pieces but the store run out of regular pieces and they give me a “spicy” piece, when I ask for it, they think I am stupid but the chicken was spicy.
Stupid workers = stupid restaurant
