I needed to use the rest room while there and saw quite a few people waiting for orders so went before I ordered. When I went to the counter I told the girl the dryer didn't work so needed a minute to grab some napkins to dry my hands and she just looked at me, no expression no comment. Then I let her know how absolutely filthy the sink was (thankfully the toilet was not) and got the same non reaction.
