firstly, the garlic knots were tooo brown, stuff, either overcooked or the grease was not changed. the eggplant panini was missing something. It only had the eggplant, peppers on an awfull browned bread. wasnt that appetizing looking.

Went for a celebratory cocktail with a friend. The bar tender was like a deer in the headlights and seemed inexperienced. Disappointing sangrias.

Here's a review based on your experience:

Great Brunch, but Some Drawbacks

We had a great brunch today with some delicious dishes. I had the lemon ricotta waffles, which were very enjoyable. My husband really enjoyed the artichoke eggs benedict, and my daughter enjoyed the eggplant panini. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared.

However, there were a couple of issues that took away from our experience. We were seated near the back, where a large group of women started gathering for a 70th birthday celebration. The group grew to about 12 people, and while I understand it's not a library, their noise level was quite disruptive. I wish we had been informed about such a large party beforehand or seated further away.

On top of that, a fly kept buzzing around our food, which was pretty annoying and took away from the otherwise great meal. These little things put a damper on our own private celebration.

All in all, the food was fantastic, but the atmosphere could have been better.

Have dined on numerous occasions and always found the food to be tasty and prepared in traditional fashion. Staff has been friendly and provided good service. The atmosphere is comfortable and laid back. Theres a good size bar if that is what you enjoy. It can be busy at times and tight (space) in some of the seating, but it's worth it. Pricing is fair across the menu.

We did happy hour here. The happy hour menu includes a number of beers, both draft and bottles, wine, select cocktails and martinis. Happy hour food offerings were select appetizers and flatbreads. For the price and variety, it was good. I'd go back.

Hey now… this is a restaurant that ‘gets it’!
Friendly, and hospitable. Warm atmosphere and EXCELLENT food.
Our server Jenya was wonderful and her service was on point and the manager was quite sincere.
The chef has a friendly and genuine smile as you go by and they have a great bar to sit at, interesting and comfortable inside dining, and a fabulous outdoor patio, enclosed with lots of plants and privacy. This place rocks! Try it

Ok so let’s start with the good stuff. Beautiful patio space (though the umbrella was covered in bird excrement), friendly attentive staff. But that’s where the good stuff ends. The food we had was very sub-par. Sauces are bland and taste worse than most store bought brands. Same goes for the quality of the pasta we tried. Cocktails were not made properly most were too strong with no flavor besides the base alcohol. There were some other food and drink issues I won’t go into. But suffice to say this was the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time.

My new favorite restaurant! Gluten free friendly from flat bread with pesto appetizer, chicken francese with pasta entree to flourless chocolate torte dessert.

Our waitress, Emily, was kind and knowledgeable.
The meatballs brought almost tears to my eyes.
The Salmon Lenmoncello Risotto was sweet and delicious.
My husband added chicken to his fettuccine carbonara, and it was grilled perfectly.
I think the only thing I would have changed was where they were located - I wish it was closer!!

Savona's is a nightmare. Just had dinner with friends. Waited forever for everything. Spilled drinks, under staffed, apologies from server and at best average food. Will never return.
