Via Cassia Reviews
Our favorite dinner place of the five dinners in Hudson. The Gemelli pasta with Wild Mushrooms was so delicious as was the swordfish with summer beans. Both were perfectly cooked and the presentation was beautiful.
We also loved the Tuscan Kale with truffle honey and Ricotta Salada.
Service was excellent.

Amazing food! Great, friendly service mixed with the right amount of professionalism. The plating was great. Nothing bad to say! Will be back for sure!
The food was simple-classic Italian, executed perfectly! The staff was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this place.

Via Cassia is a special Italian restaurant with exceptional food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The owners are involved and make the dining experience memorable. The menu includes a variety of options, from thoughtfully created appetizers to homemade pastas and delicious main courses like quail, halibut, and skirt steak. All wines are from Italy, and even the gin for cocktails is Italian. Desserts such as affogato, gelato, Panna Cotta, and Chocolate Budino provide a perfect end to the meal. The service is attentive, and portion sizes are satisfying. Recent guests praised the friendly and attentive staff, noting their to-go orders and the lovely decor with well-spaced tables. The pasta dishes and radicchio salad with almonds received high praise, and the bread was very good. Guests also enjoyed celebrating special occasions, with one receiving a complimentary glass of Prosecco and remarking on the phenomenal food, especially the three cheese platter with balsamic caramelized shallots on goat cheese, the Tre P pasta with fresh pomodoro sauce and perfectly al dente pasta, and the "little pumpkins" with herbed sauce and mushrooms. Many visitors felt a strong connection to the restaurant after discovering it while visiting Tuscany and appreciated the warm hospitality and the opportunity to enjoy the same wines they tasted abroad. Overall, Via Cassia remains a highly recommended spot for both casual and special occasions, offering great food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere.
