Via Cassia is a special Italian restaurant with exceptional food and a great atmosphere. The owners are involved and make the dining experience special. The menu offers a variety of options, from thoughtfully created appetizers to homemade pastas and delicious main courses like quail, halibut, and skirt steak. All wines are from Italy, and even the gin for cocktails is Italian. Desserts like affogato, gelato, Panna Cotta, and Chocolate Budino are a perfect finale to the meal. The service is attentive, and the portion sizes are nice. Overall, a nice restaurant with some minor mishaps in the pasta order, but definitely worth recommending and coming back to.
