We ordered via grub hub at work; we work in a nursing home Bayville. We accidentally left it on "pick-up." We didn't realize until it was too late, so when we called, we explained that with the current pandemic we were understaffed and could not leave our facility, and the staff at Bagel Works were amazing. They made an exception to deliver our order to us, and on top of that, they included extra bagels/cream cheese. We are so grateful that they did this for us, it was so kind....read full review
Once again gave this place another try.. horrible horrible horrible... kid was using his bare hands texting, in between making my sandwich. Soooo gross, and literally holding the cold cut meat with his hands as he slices it, no gloves!!!!!! Absolutely grossssssss omg. Then doesn't even wrap it up once he puts it back in, this is how sickness is spread with bacteria on the pieces. Wrong order through Grubhub, it happens, I called and they INSISTED they send a new order to me, no kidding truly I just wanted my money back no harm no foul, and I would have ordered food from somewhere else that day. But instead, aFter speaking w someone at 130, I waited until 330 until I had to go to work, starving and hangry.
