I truly love this store. It's clean, beautiful, organized, and efficient. And wow--they really know tea! They are never pushy, but if I ask, they will always spend as much time as I need describing teas, answering my questions and making recommendations. Huge selection! Very high quality! Well informed staff.only thing I would like would be able to taste a sample of teas, so to be able to avoid dissatisfaction when buying new teas to take home
