Okay so admittedly when we were there they got slammed so our food took much longer than I think service would have usually taken. HOWEVER this place was so cute. Delicious fried shrimp and tender fish. Fries are beer battered and bomb. Onion rings were fine. I think if a seaside self-proclaimed “shack” can do a few things perfect it is perfectly serving its purpose, and very reasonably priced. If we’re ever back in the area I’ll be back....

I had the lobster roll. Really delicious. I love when places add something to the lobster such as celery. Here they also added a little bit of tarragon. Just enough! Loved it. And a nice mix of claw and tail meat.

Stopped in for the first time, take out order for two. This review is about the food and prices. The staff were friendly and helpful, four stars for staff. They have an outdoor seating area which seemed relaxed and pleasant.

Unfortunately DJ's clam shack is overpriced and average quality food. The pictures below are taken of the food as-is, before being touched.

The shrimp comes with either coleslaw or regular fries for $14+ tax. The...
