The nicest people and the best food. It feels great to try something new and have it be so delicious! My new favorite restaurant in Huntington! Best ceviche I’ve ever had!!!
Really really awesome place. Pisco sour is on point. Everything I tried was so flavorful, the sauces all had vibrant flavor. The ceviche was the best I have ever tried. Highly recommend. More people need to know about this place.

Urubamba Pisco Bar is a Peruvian restaurant in Huntington. The nicest people and the best food. It feels great to try something new and have it be so delicious. The ceviche is the best ever tried. The Pisco sour is on point. Everything is so flavorful, the sauces all had vibrant flavor. The staff were engaging and informative. Items include ceviche mixto, anticuchos, pulpo, pollo a brasa, potatoes, octopus, desserts, sirloin with potatoes, short rib, Cornish game hen, seafood paella, hen and duck. Everything was tasty and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding and the inside is very “happy”. Amazing service, great stories, truly an experience. The service was phenomenal, they really cared about giving an authentic experience, and taught about the food. The Pisco sour with their special Peru drink was outstanding. Highly recommend. More people need to know about this place. Must go in Huntington. One of the best on LI. 11/10 recommendation.
