Service was not overseen by teachers. 4 of the 6 of us received our meals while the other 2 waited. So, the 4 who received it first waited for us to get our meals. Once it arrived, the side dish was cold. Maybe the kitchen was too busy. However, you serve all the meals at the same time. Otherwise, we enjoyed the food, ambience and choices. Dessert should be seasonal!
During my 21 years of Naval Service, I traveled the world and ate; 2 of my passions. I was absolutely ecstatic about coming to this CIA. The food was impecable and our waiter/ student Brock took our experience to the next level. The entire staff displayed professionalism and knowledge. The food presentation was exciting and the flavors and aromas overwhelmed my senses in the best possible ways. Thank you.
I find the restaurants at the Hyde Park CIA to be of great value and top-notch culinary experiences. The students strive to deliver the very best service. Every dish I've enjoyed is a discovery into a well presented and tasteful meal.
