“In the past roadside dinner were every were from small to large.
This dinner has survive the test of time and is still keeping the tradition alive.
That said give it a try.

“We drove from fishkill after my mom’s chemo treatment in pok … we haven’t been here in a while because it is a drive but we were in pok and we were in the mood for different. We were very happy with the food everything was great we just weren’t happy with the service, we had to ask multiple times for Splenda, the waitress spilled the milk and I used my napkins, she never gave us extra (she had them in her apron) I had to call her over for some then she was taking the finished plates and dropped the butter knife on my mothers foot and never apologized and seen it fall and looked under the table . not sure if the waitress was a bit off her game but we decided to enjoy the food.“

“I can’t say enough amazing things about the girls at the Dutchess Diner — Meghan, Cristie, Annie, and Julie & korrine are truly the heart of the place! Manny is also fantastic only male I like at this location ! Jose, he is a younger bus boy but he is so kind and attentive — will go out of his way from what he is doing to help the best he can. Every visit feels like catching up with friends who genuinely care. They’re always smiling, quick with a laugh, and somehow manage to make everyone feel like family no matter how busy it gets. The service is always top-notch — friendly, fast, and full of good energy. Whether it’s your morning coffee or a late-night meal, they go above and beyond every single time. “We've eaten here before.
Clean, nicely decorated, good food, friendly staff.
I ordered the gyro. It would have been better with lamb, or a lamb and beef mix instead of all beef. It was ok, but not the flavor I was used to getting, as it's something I order regularly elsewhere.
Unfortunately, they didn't have lamb for the gyro or souvlaki.“
