“This restaurant hit every single mark and was absolutely exceptional. We got the beet salad, French onion soup, and onion tart to start, followed by the duck and beef stew for dinner. For dessert we had a chocolate mousse and moscato. Every single bite of every dish we had was packed with flavor. The house wine was delicious. Our waiter was so helpful and recommended all of the dishes to us and we're so happy he did because we truly enjoyed the whole experience. Service, food, ambiance 10/10!! This was our first time here and might become one of our regular spots if it stays consistent! Go try it!!!!!“
“Went for brunch and it was great. The ambiance is perfect, and the food was delicious! The coffee was amazingly good too, I had decaf and my husband has iced coffee. For food, I had french toast and my husband the chicken sandwich. They deserve more than a 4.4!! Mimosas were included too.“
“Was trapped in New York with 13 co-workers due to the weather our flights were canceled. We were lucky enough to be able to book rooms here. After a long bad day, it was refreshing to be taken care of. The food was very good, I had grilled cheese and tomato soup, and the drinks were awesome too, I had an espresso martini. In the morning, I had avocado toast. The prices were on the higher side, but the service was first class!“
“I came here to enjoy a late lunch with two of my buddies, soaking up the great weather we've been having while indulging in some delicious food and drinks with the amazing view of the Hudson. Seriously, what an incredible view!Upon arrival, two of us were present, so we opted for seats at the bar where we were warmly greeted by a lovely young lady named Becky. She provided us with menus and recommended her favorite drinks, including a passion fruit margarita concoction which, although a bit sour for my liking, was very delicious. It's worth noting that from 3PM to 4PM, the restaurant transitions from lunch to dinner, so only bar seating and drinks are available during this time. I found it refreshing that Becky, who I assume is a manager, jumped into the role of bartender/greeter/waiter/busgirl. Props to you, Becky (no, I don't know Becky). At 4 PM, when our third buddy didn't arrive, Nate the Bartender (great vibes) took over and gave us a rundown of his favorite eats and the specials for the day. We decided to move outside to catch the last bit of sun, and it was the perfect decision. Our waiter, Mike, was fantastic and always willing to assist. We ordered appetizers, including the Salmon/Avocado Crostini dish and the Moules Frites (mussels and fries) special, both of which were excellent. Becky circled back to greet us again and provided some bread, ensuring everything was to our liking. When our last buddy arrived, we ordered a bottle of Lambrusco, which paired perfectly with our entrees. My buddy opted for the Double Cut Pork Chop with apple glaze and bacon (highly recommend), while my other buddy ordered the Pan-Seared Branzino over broccoli rabe(very well made and nice presentation.) I went for the Ribeye cooked medium with garlic butter and frites, which was bursting with flavor. Now, let's talk about a couple of things that could be tweaked. The Espresso Martini arrived without the customary three beans (don't deprive me of health, wealth, and happiness!). Additionally, although my steak was flavorful, it was slightly overcooked. I mentioned this to the waiter, who offered to take it back, but I decided to keep it as it was still good.Overall, if the food and customer service remain consistent here, I plan on spending many spring and summer days enjoying this spot.“
