Within the 3 weeks of their Grand Opening, I have tried almost everything. Breakfast Sandwiches are PERFECT! they even have home made muffins, pancakes, homefries, etc. Lunch I had Sausage Pepper and Onion on a Toasted Wedge. AWESOME!!! Now my favorite, Chicken Cutlet on a wedge with mayo, lettuce, tomato. YIPPEE!!!! A perfect sandwich with great flavor. “The company at Lucky Star Bagel are awesome!!! Always so friendly. Orders always ready when ordered ahead. Bagels are delicious and loaded with seeds. “The sandwiches are great. The hoagie bread is always fresh and delicious. The Mimi’s chicken parm with vodka sauce and fresh mozzarella is always a hit. When you place an online order it’s actually ready when you requested it to be. I know that seems like it’s something that always happens but so often with other places it’s either been cooked way in advance and cold or you’re standing around waiting for it well after promised. Leonardo’s always gets it right.“

“I was passing through town, I never go to Tuckahoe. My wife and I were starving. We ordered chicken cutlet on a roll. The sandwich was huge and the chicken was flavorful. It's refreshing to still have a deli that sells quality sandwiches at a fair price. I will be making my way back.“

“The owner(scott) is what keeps people coming back. Just today while I waited Scott:

1. Gave back 20 dollars when a kid had overpaid thinking he paid 40 instead of 60.
2. A mom came in and paid for her order because her son had come in earlier that morning and picked up food without any cash.
3. Told two long time customers no charge - the deli accidently made the sandwhiches on rolls instead of heros so no charge. He had to force them to leave without paying.

This was all within 10 minutes. Hope this place stays in business for the next 100 years. The food is great, and they should do an article on him and this place.“

“The food is amazing! Incredibly fresh ingredients, not greasy at all, and priced great. I especially loved the enchiladas and pork tacos. The people working inside were so kind and one man offered to help me carry my food to my car, which was greatly appreciated. My family will definitely be back soon for more great food!“

“So on the outside, this place is not so easy on the eyes. It looks like a halfway shut down makeshift deli. When you enter, there is a narrow pathway to the register but a very big sandwich making area with alot of choices and premium meats. I was super hesitant but with limited time decided to give it a chance, I ordered the godfather on a hero. It was the best sandwich I ever had! They even presented it in premium boars head paper with the boars head sticker! The prices were excellent! Give them a chance! You won't be disappointed!“

“Best deli sandwiches I've tried so far outside of NYC. That being said, there was a bit of a delay with my pickup since I used their actual website and not one of the delivery apps. Sounded like they had forgotten to check it, I imagine the apps get way more traffic. A bit annoying but they quickly made it on the spot and apologized.Anyways, we ordered a pastrami and Italian sandwich. The pastrami sandwich was 4.5/5, a good amount of meat, nice crispy edges, but maybe a hair too salty on some bites. Paired it with some home made spicy mayo and it brought it to 5/5. Definitely getting this again.The Italian was solid and provided loads of meat. We enjoyed it but personally would have liked a tad more oil and vinegar. We gave this a 4/5.Both sandwiches are so packed that they can easily be split up into 2 pieces (maybe even 3 depending on who's eating it). So great option for leftovers.Recommend coming here if you're in the neighborhood looking for a great sub.“

“Good sandwiches (especially roast beef, corned beef, Italian Combo, VC club) and delicious potato salad, but I am frustrated because the bread is often very stale. I would say this has happened with 1 out of every 3 sandwiches I have ordered there and it ruins the sandwich. I feel like I'm taking a risk every time I order. I have also had a really hard time ordering by phone as it's extremely difficult to hear the staff on the other end. They are usually pretty fast, but I would really like more consistency. It's too bad. With a little more quality control, it would be an awesome spot to frequent.“
