“We had the most incredible experience at Pietro’s of East Meadow — again! This was our second time celebrating our daughter’s birthday here, and it somehow keeps getting better every time. A huge shoutout to Oscar and the team there today, who were beyond helpful and so attentive. Oscar made everything feel effortless and was so intuitive — taking care of things before I even had to ask. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated. The girls had the BEST time, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff and the whole experience. Thank you for making our girl’s day so special — we’ll be back again for sure!“

“We went in specifically because it showed has being halal. Halal choices on our day was limited. Pizza overall was not bad.

“Great local slice shop. The regular slice was solid and the spicy vodka slice was really good because of the added chili peppers but I felt the vodka sauce itself was bland. I actually had to double check to make sure it was a vodka slice after the fact but either way it was a great slice of pizza. Took a pistachio bombolone home and it was absolutely spectacular. These are a must get and they have different flavors as well.“

“We had a wonderful meal and experience at Galleria of Merrick! The spicy rigatoni is a MUST! The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and every bite was a flavor explosion. I love that they put a unique twist on traditional Italian dishes and you can really taste the difference of the quality, care and detail that went into each dish. They truly cook with love. If you’re looking for an excellent meal in a cozy atmosphere you must go to the Galleria of Merrick. We will definitely be back!!!!

“The food is excellent it’s delicious and healthy at the same time and having a vegetarian/ koshered diet has really contributed to me being healthy and in shape and shredded . Mr and mrs erivk are great people and I can’t get enough of the grilled eggplant and their salads and the desserts are a temptation of their own. I agree and honestly I can see the appeal. The pizza is definitely isn't the best in Queens but it's pretty decent and its very affordable. My buds shared a whole pie(plus some garlic breadsticks) and we spent around 25 dollars in total. Plus drinks are free if you are a student so that's a plus. If you are walking around the fresh meadows area, I'd give this place a try. Especially if you aren't alone.“

“The second location is truth, and the quality is the same. You should definitely spend some money with this spot. Doesn't matter which location you go to, the food is amazing. He is honest & really cares, as if it is for his own party. He always goes above and beyond to make our parties great and helps me figure out how much food is needed. “Overall, this place is great. Food is good and staff is friendly. Be prepared for the tip though. Not their fault - many restaurants are doing this these days. Still, the food is awesome. Get the grandma pizza as others say. Falafel platter is great but they should add 1-2 more pieces of bread. Food is kosher, still tastes amazing. Clean spot if you want a nice restaurant to go to near St. John’s and Cunningham Park. Left feeling full, but satisfied. Well done.“

“We went there last night for the first time. Delicious food, great entertainment. The singer Al played all great songs. Loved the back dining area. Covered by a tent, flowers decorating the pillars. They desserts were incredible.. Tiramisu like its meant to be. We will be going back very very soon. Menu was huge so many things to choose from.

Other family members love the pasta and the meatballs (I never tried them) lastly, the Brussel sprouts are to die for.

Edit: I tried the meatball appetizer and the pasta with meatballs the other night. I'm not a meatball person in general and the only meatballs I will ever eat are my mom's, but now I have to add these to my list. They are delicious!! They are small and very tasty. “Friendly, accommodating service and the place is very clean. Excellent selection of food including dessert, ice cream and slushees. Their fries are outstanding - I asked for them extra crispy and each one had a nice crunch to it. Gyro sandwich was very good and fresh. The only improvement I’d suggest is that they actually ROLL it (like the picture on their menu) in paper foil so it’s easy to eat. Instead they fold it in half on a paper plate and wrap that in foil which requires some reconstruction.But I’ll definitely be back, great neighborhood spot for a quick bite!“
