“Rolling Smoke is the best BBQ hands down. The brisket melts, the ribs are meaty and tender and the burnt ends are delicious. Don’t forget the home made potato chips and coleslaw, which are always fresh and a perfect compliment. As good as the food is, owners Keri and Rich are even better people. They are passionate about their food and the nicest owners of any business you’ll ever meet. We are lucky to have world class BBQ and such nice business neighbors right in our back yard. “My husband & I were at the Smithtown Historical Grounds for a craft fair on 6/7/21. We ordered the typical chicken fingers with fries & bbq sauce on the side. Well, this was anything but typical! The food was delicious but the bbq sauce was unique & incredible and left me wanting more….no NEEDING more! George was nice enough to arrange to meet me next week so I could purchase a jar of his homemade sauce which I’m looking forward to. Service with a smile & amazing bbq sauce!
