Kimchi Reviews
The staff was great and the food was amazing. We did the barbecue, it was a ton of food. I can't wait to go back!
If you're looking for a new place Kimchi Korean Restaurant on the Ithaca Commons, Ithaca, ny is so so good!! Everything was fresh and delicious. It was also very clean and the staff was so friendly. Check it out kids.
Overall, not a bad experience. I had the spicy pork belly with vegetables and rice cake, and I loved how tender the pork was and the richness of the sauce.
I was hoping for the seafood pancake to be crispier and more flavorful and for it to have more seafood.

Kimchi is a Korean restaurant that serves delicious food with a generous portion size at an affordable price. The staff is friendly and attentive to dietary restrictions, and they are very knowledgeable about the menu. Vegetarian options are available, including a solid selection on the menu. The restaurant plays music, including Ed Sheeran's songs. While some diners may find the atmosphere similar to other Asian restaurants, the food is worth a try. Notable dishes include their Korean BBQ and 'Ramen' (instant noodles with added vegetables). Visitors often praise the quick service and friendly staff, with many returning for the authentic Korean flavors. The owner is patient and helpful, even demonstrating how to cook and eat the BBQ, and providing extra sides like lettuces and rice. The portions are large, making the experience enjoyable, and the overall service makes it a highly recommended spot in the area. Customers have shared positive experiences, noting that all the food is absolutely delicious, with fried chicken being a favorite. The staff is welcoming and helpful, offering extra side dishes to try. The Gyoza, which may seem like a small item, are handmade with delicious pork and glass noodles. Despite some initial concerns about the atmosphere near closing time, a friendly waitress made guests feel at home, emphasizing that the quality of the food and service are what truly define this restaurant. The Bibimbap sauce is especially praised as "dank," adding to the overall appeal.
