“Went here twice on our recent stay in the area to try different options. The tofu and broccoli in garlic sauce was one of the best tofus I’ve ever had. The sesame tofu was also amazing. The menu is laid out so that you can easily identify the vegan dishes, which are plentiful. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.“

“I was really cautious about coming here because there are some very negative reviews, but there were so many positive reviews. I decided to take a chance. The Korean pancake was so crispy and delicious and the sauce was really good.
I will definitely come back and the waitress was just as sweet as could be“

“THIS IS THE BEST KOREAN RESTAURANT IN ITHACA HANDS DOWN. I love this place so much. The women who works here is also so sweet. The menu is so great and diverse. The food is well spiced and actually spicy!! Please come if you like real Korean or Chinese food. It’s a comfort spot for sure! Jayook Kimchi is my fav dish here.“

“We first visited The Lotus last year during a college tour, and we had such a good experience that we decided to come back this year for move-in day.
The food was just as clean, fresh, and delicious as we remembered. We also really appreciated how kind and welcoming the owner was. I still remembered her warmth from our first visit, and it was nice to see that she was just as friendly this time.
The Lotus has a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere, and the food feels both authentic and comforting. I can understand why so many people mention the friendly service and delicious food in their reviews—we felt the same way.
It’s always nice when a restaurant is just as good the second time around, and The Lotus did not disappoint. If you’re in Ithaca, I highly recommend giving it a try!“

“Cute, reliable korean spot in Collegetown. Came in craving the spicy tuna kimbap (great value and just delicious), but ended up with a tofu soup. Warm & comforting. For some reason the rice wasn’t my favorite this time but that might be a personal thing.
Overall great cozy vibes, owner seems sweet too.“
