O.k. One of the last true neiborhood diners left in Ithaca! The diner is small, so your dining experience may be some what intimate, depending on your time of arrival. Busiest periods Fri, Sat, mornings between 9-11. You never know,you may enter the diner as strangers and leave having made some new friends! I loved this little Diner. The 1st time I went, I was a stranger. The 2nd, I was a regular. My coffee with brown sugar and cream were at the table before I was. My order of bacon, eggs, and hash browns were cooked perfectly. They made me feel at home. I was so sad they weren't open on Sunday, because i would have gladly gone a 4th time. There are lots of options in Ithaca, This was my favorite.

I've heard about the Lincoln Street Diner from past family members and people from Ithaca. This was my first and not last time dining. The atmosphere is very light, warm and welcoming. It was nice to walk in the door and feel like I stepped back in time. Everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. They wanted you to be there and were ready to serve you.
