This location is an easy stop for me on my commute but the service is terrible. On my last 3 visits my order was not correct when it was served. The drink is often missing and on one occasion I was served a different customer's order.
If you go to this taco bell make sure you check to make sure everything is in the bag and while your at it unwrap your food to make sure it's cooked properly (the way you ordered it) this is my second time getting food from here and they cant follow simple instructions I pay to add stuff on and they cant even do that .... this was supposed to be a soft taco if I wanted crunchy I would have ordered it that way......ps the taco came like this out of the bag couldn't even pick it...read full review
This location gets items wrong at least 50% of the time. Even simple switches like beans instead of beef are frequently not done correctly. Service is exceedingly slow and the prices of things are way too high for the small amount of filling. I will say the staff is usually friendly.

Taco Bell offers food that is fine and great, as one expects. Specific items like the bacon Crunchwrap are described as BANGING. The experience, however, varies significantly based on staff attentiveness. Many reviews highlight extremely kind, pleasant, funny, and attentive workers who provide amazing customer service and fix mistakes immediately with a positive attitude. Service can be very quick, with no wait of more than a minute or two for food.
Other experiences note issues with consistency. Staff can sometimes seem too bothered, engaged in chatting and goofing around, or distracted by cellphones instead of acknowledging customers. This can lead to waiting without being acknowledged, orders not being started promptly, or items like mild sauce being forgotten despite multiple requests. Online orders may not be placed in the proper pickup area, causing further delays without apology or explanation. While the food itself is consistently met with approval, the service oscillates between truly one of the best experiences and occasions where basic attentiveness is lacking.
