The customer service is great, attentive, and prepared food quickly. This no-frills mom and pop bagel shop is a place for locals, with many ordering to go. The staff is decent, and the area is fine. Bagel House has some of the better prices in New York, and the taste is fresh every time. They also offer a bag of day old bagels. The service is very family-oriented with a smile, and you never have to wait long. Gus is the greatest.
