I come here often with my husband. The female waitress here is awesome. She always comes over and makes sure everything is okay. The waiters are super hardworking. Overall a good experience.

When we got served, there was some lipstick stains in our soup bowls and spoons. Most of the of the spoons were kinda broken from the sides. If you wanna talk about the food, well when we ordered some chicken soup, the chicken wasn't well done. When we ordered the beef sizzling the sizzling wasn't well done again. All in all, the service were pretty bad.
A young guy was extremely rude, im a very old customer & i was my birthday, i was waiting for my guest. He was rush to take order even i told him im waiting for guest. Than served cold food. Never ever go there. Im done

We ordered some food today to take out. They didn’t give us any napkin’s and no spoon and no fork . Forgot about the food the fride rice was horrible I think they didn’t add any salt on it. They didn’t have any customers when we pick up our foods. so how come they forgot to give us napkin and spoon when we ordered fried rice. Thai soup and these food must come with spoon and fork.

Front staff isn’t helpful, she seemed wasn’t too happy to greet us. Had to wait 15 mins for the waiter to show up, even though we notified her a couple time. We visited on Saturday 9/28/24, restaurant was half empty as it was raining. I would have understood slow service if it was packed.

I brought mango chicken and sagar mixed fried rice 2 days ago. I ordered take out, the last time I went there was probably a year ago in Jackson heights but this time the food was not good. The rice didn’t have taste at all it tasted bland 4/10 and the mango chicken 5/10 the chicken didn’t taste fresh felt like it was old and I asked for extra mango sauce they didn’t give it. Inside the chicken the bone was cracked and it tasted really weird and the meat was tough to chew, flavor was very weird!! Very disappointing!! Payed $22 for this food is very upsetting. The hillside branch is better than the Jackson Heights now they provide fresh and delicious food.

Went there with my family and the food was completely disgusting. They don’t know how to cook and it’s old food that they will serve you. I do not recommend going to the store. No wonder this store was empty when we went there .

It’s evident that the chef has given up, and that energy seems to have spread to the servers as well.
