I had a really unpleasant experience with the customer service at the bar. There were three bar attendants who were not busy at all with only about 15 customers in total. Despite this, all the other customers were served before me. When I entered, I was asked if I wanted to sit in or out, and I chose to sit in. Really not much to write home about. By far and away the worst food eaten on our trip, also one of the most expensive too.I had the Wild Mushroom Rigatoni with Chicken, the sauce that came with the dish was gloopy and seemingly reheated, reminiscent of wallpaper paste with little to no taste.My brother order the Chicken Parm, but ended up with a chicken burger, due to us boarding our flight in an hour and the initial 35 minutes it took to get our food, we didn't want to risk waiting...read full review
Worse place ever, can't even rate the food because I never got to eat. Waited for 45 mins to find out that they gave our food to someone else and than was going to take another 20 mins to cook.
