18:30 Sunday evening in Terminal 7. Not busy but it must be difficult for staff and customers when it is busy. The self selecting and ordering process is acceptable but would have worked better for me if I could have seen the menu while I was queuing. Perhaps a menu description where the pictures are.
I've been going to Pershing Square for more than ten years, typically for business lunches. Today's experience was disappointing - the air conditioning appears to still be broken, two months after it was initially a problem. The last time there was an issue the restaurant called ahead of time to cancel the reservation due to AC issues. Today, the restaurant chose to pretend there wasn't an issue. The indoor temp was at least 78-80 degrees. Way too hot for $50 per...
