I'd say that it has a solid 9.8 on a scale from 1 to 10 on the atmosphere
Food is always hearty and ready. I call ahead and by the time I arrive 15 minutes later, my food is ready. Great service, everyone there is kind and patient. If you are ever in the mood for some tasty grits or hearty potatoes with eggs made to your liking and turkey bacon, then Carmine's is the place to get great food to a great price.
The outside can look alil shady but the food is great & fresh, best place in my neighborhood to go get food for reasonable pricing.
