went there on July 28th 9:15pm. The guy who took my order sucks. I guess he was the only guy at the register. I was asking question about the bottle’s price, he gave me the tired look, then when my wife decided to buy it separately from my drink, and he gave us an attitude immediately?! I understand that it would make it unconvinced for him if we already order all the items and tell him to cancel it to make it 2 purchases, but we haven’t even told him what drink we would buy...read full review
made me wait 45 minutes for a mobile order then didn’t even put it in the oven
I usually order here because I can do it on my app and I can get my staff faster but today, instead of a matcha frappe they gave me the regular one, I wasn’t expecting that. Otherwise the service it’s ok
