Samantha is awesome. I sent my order to another store and work a smile she updated it and I was happy with drinks in hand .
I ordered a small caramel frappe with extra caramel and almond milk
She gave me that white drink, it’s a slushie
We go back and ask for an ice coffee she even asked if I wanted whip cream and I told her yes with caramel, she gave me an iced coffee. No Canela no whip cream.
I understand she was closing soon but twice you mess up my order?

Slow when you order though the mobile app and try to get it from the pick up window you might as well place your order and go through the drive thru also I’ve watched many cars hit the side of the drive thru because it’s a blind spot should have been thought out better
