The menu here is quite static, offering limited options and almost the same items every time. If you are looking for non-alcoholic options, it's actually a solid spot—but for a venue in New York, there's no excitement. That said, the Turkish tea is definitely excellent.
Food can be improved and TK should minimize the number of other airlines that share this place...too crowded, staff were barely able to keep things running, they did a great job but too many people.
I would not recommend it the way I saw it. I hope this review will help others.
The hygiene is not good in buffet and seating areas. It should be more professional and requires care of all around cleanness.
Food was ok. I can’t say good but also not bad, average. Not too many options. Drinks are the same. I love to fly with Turkish airlines but the lounge in JFK, hmmm no thank you. They need to keep up with cleaning as soon as possible....
