Unbelievable food and service. Came east for the day and luckily found 18 Bay for dinner. All of the food was great but the pastas in particular were exceptional. We are only out here 3/4 times a year but this will be a regular stop for us going forward. Thank you to the staff!
Really superb dinner. We sat outside on the patio, which was really magical at sunset. The staff were very knowledgable and professional. Everything we ordered was delicious, including the sides and starters. Ideal spot for a meal in the north fork.

18 Bay Restaurant is a real find on the North Fork. The food is unbelievable, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and divine food from a husband and wife chef team. The pastas in particular are exceptional. The Farm & Field Salad is divine, and the Lamb Two Ways (with carrots three ways) is excellent. Everything is presented beautifully and creatively, and it all tastes as good as it looks. The staff are exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is lovely, with a gorgeous interior and exterior, and the patio is magical at sunset. The chefs menu is a splurge, but the selection fits palates well. This is an ideal spot for a meal, a regular stop, or a special occasion.
