“We a party of 3 adults 2 young children go from brooklyn to long island just to go to PFchang. I will say the ride going i wasn't the happiest person however, We walk in greeted and seated quickly. The waiter young man so pleasant so attentive. He had recommendations,filled with great energy,very helpful and you can tell he's genuinely kind. Our non plant based family had the crispy chicken burger. We shared sweet potato fries, sweet potato tater tots and onion rings. The onion stayed in the coating when you bit in to them. “We had the best experience ever with this bakery - the cake was included in our venue pricing through this bakery, and I can definitely see why! Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! “We decided as Suffolk County residents to take a ride towards Nassau County and wound up in the beautiful town of Bayville. While there we came across Mill Creek Tavern. Getting there a little earlier guaranteed us a spot in a small parking lot but certainly noticed many parking areas on the street would accommodate all. We were greeted by an extraordinary friendly staff that accommodated one of us with impaired hearing by putting us in an area that would have the least amount of noise as this was a Saturday evening. We were fortunate to get two service persons, our first one was Sue who was pleasant friendly and very patient as this was our first visit. Jean then became our server and we couldn't say enough great things about her. Personality experience humorous courteous all rolled up into one. Our drinks were professionally made and the food delicious. We left Mill Creek and agreed in changing our reservation for next week in another Nassau restaurant, and come back to Mill Creek. So thank you all for making our "virgin cruise" to Mill Creek Tavern, a great one.“

“We were a party of 4, and we each had a different appetizer and entree. All the food was excellent. The menu has something for pretty much everyone. Our dinner was on a quiet Sunday night, so the noise level was low. I've been here when it is really busy and the noise level then is moderate (ie, not too noisy for conversation). The service was also excellent. Overall it was a really nice experience, and I will definitely start coming here more often.“

“Stopped in quickly to grab a bite to eat, was greeted by a very friendly face! I ordered the protein packed Thai chicken wrap. I loved how much protein they give you. I also ordered the chicken & wild rice soup and the “very very” spicy Cajun crab soup. Both very light and delicious and it wasn’t really very very spicy, it had the perfect amount of heat.

“Avellion's pizza is delicous. My husband is a pizza snob and we found Avellino's and he has been loving it. We used them for an event and they were able to deliver the pizzas to the Garden City Mini Golf Course and everything was perfect. They were on time, the pizza tasted great and great customer service. Will definitely be using them again.“

“For as long as I can remember, my grandmother was a patron of this bakery. I remember her bringing home these mini lemon meringue pies and how excited we all were. She passed last October and since then, my sister and I have been wanting to stop by and get some. I went in this week for the first time in probably twenty years and the feeling was so nostalgic. They didn't have any that day but allowed me to order them. The woman who assisted me was so kind, great customer service. When I picked them up and watched them package it, it took me back. “Summary: Not perfect but good for a "treat yo self" kinda day of comfort food and loosening your purse strings. 5* for variety, 2* for pricing/value, 5* for taste, 4* for service etc

As a Celiac with nut allergies it's an incredible relief to have a place where I can feel "safe" in my food choice. Gluten free DOES NOT MEAN healthy or organic, so don't come in here expecting that. In NYC I am absolutely in love with Modern Bread and Bagel and this is the closest thing to that on LI that I've found. It's not as good of quality, the ingredients here seem a bit cheaper (more oil, more corn), so the value for your $ is debatable, but it's a huge blessing just to have variety! I picked up their Thanksgiving menu and almost cried - it's every Thanksgiving food I can never have: the biscuits, pies, croutons, stuffing, gravy.

It's expensive. GF food usually is, and I think Bare Naked is reeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaalllllly stretching it to the upper limit of what consumers consider acceptable. That said, at Modern Bread I think my bagel order is like $20, so 🤷🏻‍♀️ Look, it's worth the price if you're dying to have something you can NEVER have otherwise. Obviously I hate that GF stuff is so expensive in general but that's the world we live in right now.

I also dislike that not all their products have ingredients listed. Many people with a gluten allergy also have other allergies or sensitivities so it puts our minds at ease to have as much information as possible. Their menus are incomplete too - there's tea options not listed anywhere (Stash brand).

The muffin I got tasted great and was a treat. The "cafe" aspect is iffy.... I probably wouldn't come here specifically for the tea/coffee but if you're coming for the food and want a drink, it's fine. There are a lot of teas available, none of them are listed anywhere (why??????) but the counter staff knew them by memory. I don't love that my "chai latte" came as a hot tea and I was directed to put milk in myself at the accessories counter. That's not really "cafe" kinda service.

I got a muffin and a chai latte for about $8, which is all right. Some of the other products are priced way higher.“
