“Delicious food at shockingly good prices. Their in location menu is a bit different than their online menu (Additional options) so I'd advise checking it out when your in there. They have 2-3 Booths so you could eat in but the place is a bit small so I'd advise doing takeout.“
“A nightmare sensory experience but I think people come for the 50 tvs so what do I know. Service was great. Hot wings were well fried and well sauced. Hatch chilli burger was DELICIOUS but the fries were pretty bad. They serve food late which is pretty rare in Kingston.“
“I just ordered at this establishment. With the wind I lost my pasta part of the order on the way to the car. After speaking with the manager Mohammad, he discounted me to 3 dollars for a replacement pasta dish. He didn't have to do that, especially that this was an act of "god" that was beyond kind of them. What a great team he has and one of the best Franchises around!!“

“Ok I gotta tell you about today. I went to KFC bought 2 pc original biscuit mashed and slaw..I was really hungry. It was pouring rain.The young girl at the window said it wasn't exactly ready could park she will bring it to my car...I said oh no...its raining.she said she has umbrella. I just couldn't believe it. Sure enough within a few seconds she brought it to my car.....I am amazed I wish I got her name...she deserves a raise.“

A shout out to the manager Jennifer - she and her staff are the best.Cons: None.We were returning from the Catskill mountains after experiencing some pretty decent fall foliage. Enroute, we ordered pizza from the nearest Dominos that the map showed. That happened to be the Dominos franchise at Saugerties, NY.Based on experiences going back at least a couple of decade, our expectations with such pizza places are minimal - grab your pizza and walk out. Most look like sweatshops with very little time or patience for providing any customer experience.So when we walked inside the establishment, we were somewhat pleasantly surprised at seeing a neat and clean place - well lit and surprisingly well-ventilated to not have that overpowering pizza smell through the air. The place looked appealing to sit-n-eat.We asked the manager Jennifer who was checking out our order if we can sit and eat our pizza. Her prompt response - "Of course. Would you like some paper plates and napkins?". She promptly reached out under the counter and got us some paper plates and napkins, and also asked if we needed some red-pepper that were nicely stacked on the desk.As we thanked her and sat down, we noticed her staff not only paying attention to their job but also engaged in occasional light-chats. The whole setup was a welcome change from mostly overworked-employees-sweatshops that we so frequently encounter these days.The restrooms were kept nice and clean. While Jennifer had stepped away, I went up to the counter. The person baking the pizza (I forgot to get his name) quickly came up to the counter asking if I needed any help. It seemed like there was a well-bonded team in place.A very pleasant experience overall. That's how Pizza franchises used to be once upon a time. And that's how they need to be.“
“This place is a gem. Amazing breakfast sandwiches and great staff and owner holding it down. Do yourself a favor and get a sausage, egg, and cheese from here. They nail it consistently. And if you're hungry for lunch try the Philly cheesesteak. It's incredible. They do catering too!“
“It's not what it used to be. All new staff and new manager, Deanna. Give her a chance to serve you and win you back with fast delivery. The store is clean and quiet with two small tables to eat at. The food is how it's supposed to look, like in the commercials“
“Ummm, wow... I LOVE hidden gem restaurants, and this place is a hidden gem. Unassuming from the outside, the dining room opens into a large room with quaintly matched tables and chairs, brightly-colored vases, and rustic art on the walls. It feels like home... and the way Donna and Joe treated us was just like family.The lunch was incredible. The aptly-named 'crack sauce' delivered, a warm and spicy compliment to perfectly fried chicken. The apple slaw cooled things down just right.This will be our spot every time works brings us back to Kingston.
